2. Eligibility Criteria

All eligibility conditions are determined as of the closing date, December 14, 2025.

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Must have passed Matriculation (10th Class) or equivalent from a recognized Board.

    • The final result must be declared on or before the closing date.

  • Domicile Requirement:

    • Must possess a Domicile Certificate of the State against which the candidate has applied.

  • Age Limit (as on 14.12.2025):

    • Minimum Age: 18 years

    • Maximum Age: 25 years

    • Age Relaxation is applicable as per Government rules:

      • SC/ST: +5 years

      • OBC: +3 years

      • Departmental Candidates (Central Govt. employees): Up to 40 years

      • PwBD (UR/OBC/SC/ST): 10, 13, and 15 years respectively.

5. Detailed Exam Pattern & Syllabus (Tier II)

Tier II is a Descriptive Test and is only Qualifying in Nature (marks are not added to the final merit list).

    • Includes a task like Paragraph Writing (approx. 150 words).

    • Questions testing vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension.

  • Minimum Qualifying Marks: Candidates must score a minimum of 20 marks out of 50 to qualify.

6. Pay Scale and Application Fee

  • Pay Scale: Level 1 ($₹18,000$ to $₹56,900$) plus admissible Central Government allowances (DA, HRA, TA, etc.).

    • Special Note: The post also includes a Special Security Allowance @ 20% of Basic Pay.

  • Application Fee:

      ✍️ Tier II: Descriptive Test (Qualifying)

      • Objective: To test the candidate's basic understanding of English language and composition skills.

        • Basics of English Language: Vocabulary, correct grammar, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms, and correct usage.
